OUR MISSION
The Sunwood Homeowners Association is a vibrant, supportive community dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for all of our residents. It is our mission is to foster a strong sense of community, promote safety and security, and improve, maintain, supervise and otherwise care for and manage our common lands, areas and facilities.
JOIN THE TEAM
Our board of directors works on a volunteer basis, to organize various community events, maintain common areas, and ensure that the neighborhood adheres to the highest standards of aesthetics and safety.
It is vital to our community that we all take turns participating on our board of directors, so that our community reflects its residents.
