At our annual meeting in 2024, we decided to host two burns per year in the upper central common area; one burn mid-summer, and one mid-fall. Beginning 2025, the mid-Fall burn will be held in conjunction with a community party.

Rules:

1. Natural materials only! No man-made materials of any kind may be added to the burn pile.

2. Homeowners may only deposit yard waste before the first and second burn, between Spring and Fall. In order to avoid animals/vermin making a home in the common area, we will pause depositing brush between the Fall burn, and May 1st.

3. Please cut down logs into 4-5 foot sections. Long limbs are difficult to burn.

4. If the pile has grown larger than the existing burned circle, please hold your yard waste for the next burn.
